I rarely recommend something that I haven't tried but 1. I like the science behind this product 2. It was personally recommended to me from fellow migraine sufferers 3. The reviews wowed me 4. I ordered it and will be trying this myself
Migraeeze from Life Extension is a combination of the herb butterbur, ginger and vitamin B2 also known as riboflavin.
Take two (2) softgels daily in divided doses with or without food. Supplementation with Migra-Eeze should be carried out for four to six months. Discontinue Migra-Eeze after the initial cycle of four to six months, after which it will maintain its benefits. Resume supplementation for another four to six month cycle when symptoms begin to increase.

Maybe there are other habits you have developed over time that you haven't really considered.

So get to it.
Toss out anything expired and move items that are close to their expiration date toward the front. Perhaps make a plan to use or donate those items.

If you are one of those folks who walks into the closet each morning and thinks, "There is nothing to wear!" then this challenge is for you.
It's time to clean the closet.
Didn't wear it over the summer? It goes in the bag marked SUMMER.
Recognize winter clothes you know you didn't wear last season, those go in the bag marked WINTER.
Same goes for shoes and accessories.
Then give them away or find a local consignment store that will pay you for them.
Often working with less can ease anxiety and stress. Less choices, less things to worry about, less clutter.
So go make that happen. If you are short on time you might want to just set up an empty shopping bag for the week. Challenge yourself to try on things each day that you haven't worn in awhile. If you decide it's not right for you anymore, stick it in the bag. Do this every day this week and by the end of the week you should have quite a few things you are willing to part with.
Purge your closet and free up some head space.

I've been struggling with sleep for the past few years.
I fall asleep easily and regularly but often wake up around 3 am. Sometimes', I can fall back to sleep within 30 minutes but many times not until 5:30 or 6 am...sometimes not at all.
I've tried lots of supplements but I've found that the OLLY brand "Restful Sleep Gummy Supplements" have worked really well for me. I love that I can leave them on my nightstand and remembering late is better than never! I take most of my supplements in the morning or with lunch so night time is a struggle for me.

Guys, for the love of Pete...floss your teeth.
Not only is your oral health tied to your heart health let's face it...bad breath is a buzzkill.
If you don't floss - please start.
And this is gross...but smell the floss after you use it. If it's stinky, well that's the way your breath smells.
I floss on the daily. Swishing for a full minute with water after. I'm not above using a non-flouride wash like Listerine if I see a little gum bleeding or notice the floss stink.
Im a fan of the Oral-B Glide floss...it's thicker than that usual dental floss which means it covers more surface area. Maybe you'll try it?
