The Best of 2018: Getting more movement - we talked about this the week April 30th.
We are doing too much sitting.
How do we get more movement: take the stairs, park in the parking lot far from the store - park in the back and walk. Set timers so that every 30 minutes you take a tiny break. Make your phone calls on your feet.
Set a goal to get more movement in 2019!
