Do you sit at work all day? Sitting is a big deal...in a bad way.
Today set an alarm on your phone for EVERY 30-45 minutes. Give your eyes a rest from the computer screen. Get up and stretch. Take a stroll to the water cooler and refill your bottle. Take a few minutes to do some simple stretches for your wrists, low back and neck.
I love this simple tip because I always come back to my work with fresh eyes.
