Ok, it's Monday. With Mondays come anxiety for me as I look at the week ahead and the 6 trillion things that need to get done.
Join me this week as we work together through some simple, quick mindfulness exercises that you can do just about anywhere - anytime you are feeling pinched. Its an east way to reset, rest your busy monkey mind, and take yourself out of whatever stress you are feeling. Practice being in the moment by focusing on your breath. For a minute or a few minutes depending on the time you have.
