Are you practicing gratitude?
Really check in. Perhaps take 5 minutes to sit quietly with yourself and think of all the things you are grateful for. If you have a journal you might take a few minutes to write a list of all the things in your life you are grateful for.
Especially helpful in times of trouble...this simple practice can put the world into perspective for you.
