If you often find yourself anxious with worry or really stressed out you might want to consider using the terrific app called Headspace. They offer both free and paid versions and offer hundereds of guided meditations ranging for 1-20 minutes. Having a stressful commute? They offer a mindfulness exercise for that. Taking a run? You can listen in to a guided running meditaiton. In pain? Yep, they have you covered there too! They even offer SOS exercises in case of sudden meltdowns.
